Adam Court is an estate of 25 freehold houses and 12 leasehold flats in Henley on Thames. It was built in the early 1980s by a local developer.
The estate is owned by Adam Court Ltd which in turn is owned by the people who own property there. Every house and flat pays a maintenance fee towards the upkeep of the common parts of the estate. Flat owners also pay to maintain the flats building and its facilities.
